This policy explains what data we collect when you use this website or fill out the Ghostwriter 360 form, what we use it for, who helps us process it and how you can ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible for your data
Navarro Ink (Ghostwriter 360®) is responsible for the data collected through www.navarro.ink. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What data we collect
When you fill out the form, we collect:
- Your answers to the questions about your book: type of book, the help you need, style, stage of the project, goals and the other options you choose.
- Your first and last name and your email address.
- The three books whose covers you like.
Together with your answers we store the date of the submission and, if you came from an ad, the technical parameters that the ad platform adds to the web address. They tell us which ad worked and do not identify you on their own.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
What we use it for
To review your project, contact you by email, prepare our meeting and follow up on your book. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your submission within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the information we need to deliver your project and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who helps us process it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, receives the form, stores the submissions and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a real person without showing a visible challenge. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend sends us an email notice with your answers.
- Google provides the email inbox where we receive that notice.
- Cal.com manages the meeting calendar when you choose to schedule a call.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) measure visits and ad results, only if you accept cookies.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in the United States or other countries.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you accept, no Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel code is loaded and no tracking cookies are set. If you reject, nothing is sent to Google or Meta.
If you accept, these services may set cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_*, _fbp and _fbc to count visits and measure ads. Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again. The Cal.com calendar may set its own cookies when you open it.
You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This website is not directed to people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
